Plot 1 is going to be our Crantock Vale show home, and we met this week with the interior designer to discuss schemes, with a view to opening Easter weekend.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Plot 3, the first to be reserved at Crantock Vale, is now dry lined, has first fix (plumbing and electrics) in place, and is due for exchange next week. Plot 2, and plot 4 (which has been reserved), now have staircases fitted, so many purchasers are returning to see the beautiful countryside views from the second floor, and to get a feel for the bedroom sizes. The stonework on these plots is also moving forward quickly, and they have been dry lined and have first fix in place.</p>

Both these plots offer direct, uninterrupted views of the estuary, and the town is within walking distance.</p>
