Our exciting new development of contemporary 3 and 4 bedroom houses in the beautiful village of Crantock in Cornwall, is forging ahead. The external stonework and rendering of plot 1 is finished, and inside the walls are plastered and ready for the kitchen and bathrooms to be fitted. Plot 1 is going to be our Crantock Vale show home, and we met this week with the interior designer to discuss schemes, with a view to opening Easter weekend.

Plot 3, the first to be reserved at Crantock Vale, is now dry lined, has first fix (plumbing and electrics) in place, and is due for exchange next week. Plot 2, and plot 4 (which has been reserved), now have staircases fitted, so many purchasers are returning to see the beautiful countryside views from the second floor, and to get a feel for the bedroom sizes. The stonework on these plots is also moving forward quickly, and they have been dry lined and have first fix in place.

The grounds surrounding the properties are progressing well – the road is up to tarmac level and ready for block paving (although this will not be laid until we near completion), and the traditional Cornish hedges to the site boundaries are near enough complete, though there are more to go in between each plot.
